I took it while pregnant and it really seemed to help while I was taking it. Due to various circumstances, I used a different brand in the last few months and stretch marks appeared. As long as I used this one, there were no stretch marks. It absorbed nicely.

I am also an example of how I got through pregnancy without a single stretch mark. Excellent, I have been using it for at least 4 years.
