Many people here say that this conditioner makes my hair limp and heavy, and on the one hand it may seem that way at first, but on the other hand it is the only conditioner that gives my hair volume that lasts for days and that is the reason why I keep buying it. I've noticed that if I towel dry my hair thoroughly, it feels less limp. The shine appears after styling. I have thick, heavy hair.

This conditioner gives your hair a strong shine, makes it easier to comb and smells pleasant. Definitely recommended for daily use.

Works great for my hair type. The smell is extra nice, too.

I've tried several Madara shampoos and conditioners, none of which I'm thrilled with, but they're usable, which unfortunately I can't say about this one... The conditioner is practically unrinkable, leaves my hair feeling heavy and limp, no shine. Also difficult to style as hair becomes flaky even when freshly washed. As much as I like Madara products, I really don't recommend this range.

far from expectations

First of all, my mistake of not reading ingredients and further disappointment: there is mica in in - basically just a pieces of minerals that stay on your hair and makes it "look" shiny. I believe natural cosmetics should NOT use it, it is highly misleading and does nothing (good) to actual state of your hair. it is also not an ethical or ecological choice from production perspective.
In addition, it is as many wrote very heavy and difficult to wash off, which makes the hair greasy fast and dull look.
