Works well, gives a warm, 'dewy' skin tone - the key is to apply thoroughly, evenly and wash your hands immediately to avoid staining. The skin also gets a specific scent, but it's OK.

1. Gently exfoliate your skin. Dry areas such as knees, elbows and heels need extra love.
2. Evenly apply the self-tanner in circular motions. Try using a glove to avoid streaks.
3. Wash your hands well.
4. Wait a few minutes before getting dressed.
5. Reapply after 6 hours to deepen your glow.
